From groundman to journeyman, one step at a time. The back turns a wood pole into the apprenticeship ladder, with a climber near the top and every milestone marked by a pole step.

Hot Stick Society is our line for power linemen, groundmen, apprentices and storm crews: the people who roll out on mutual aid, climb in weather everyone else hides from and keep a bag packed all season. It's a great gift for line school graduates, new apprentices and anyone partway up the ladder.

What you get

  • Back: "Apprentice Today" with "Journeyman Tomorrow" in hi-vis, over a wood pole with a lineman climbing near the crossarm and labelled steps from Groundman through 1st to 4th Step up to Journeyman, finished with "Earn Every Step"
