Every storm crew knows the routine: the phone rings at 3 a.m., you rush to the staging yard, you wait until noon, then you work sixteen. This tee prints the schedule out on a storm time card.

Hot Stick Society is our line for power linemen, groundmen, apprentices and storm crews: the people who roll out on mutual aid, climb in weather everyone else hides from and keep a bag packed all season. It also makes a great gift for a lineman's family.

What you get

  • Front: Left-chest hard hat with a "16 On" sticker and "Hurry Up & Wait" lettering
  • Back: "Hurry Up and Wait. Then Work 16." stacked headline over a storm time card from 03:00 phone call to 05:00 repeat, stamped "Overtime, Approved by Mother Nature"
  • Printed with premium DTF transfers and heat-pressed by hand in Charleston, SC

Choose your shirt

  • Comfort Colors 1717: heavyweight 6.1 oz garment-dyed cotton, relaxed fit (S–3XL)
  • Bella+Canvas 3001: lightweight 4.2 oz Airlume cotton, softer retail fit (S–3XL)

Colors may vary slightly by screen.
